Czech Castles Award - rules

(updated July, 13th 2010)

For this award QSO after 1 Jan.2008 are valid.

The Award has two categories – TRAVELLER and STATIC.

TRAVELLER (is working from the locator of the castles).
For inclusion of the castle is requirement to do at least 20 QSOs (regardless of mode) during 24 hours.
If there are more castles in the locator, must be done at least 20 QSOs on one object inline.

STATIC (is working from its home QTH).
Are valid QSO with station, working from the castle.
If there are some castle in home QTH locator, the station can work in any category.

Bonus:
1 QSO with Doubravka castle (US 111) is 6 QSOs (regardless of category or mode)

TRAVELLER:
Basic award for 10 castles (for DXCC outside OK and OM is Basic award for 5 castles)
Labels for:
30 castles
70 castles
100 castles
Bronze label for 130 castles Silver label for 160 castles
Gold label for 200 castles

STATIC:
Basic award for 10 castles
Labels for:
30 castles
70 castles
100 castles
Bronze label for 130 castles Silver label for 160 castles
Gold label for 200 castles

Application must contain:
Call of the other station, Category, QSOs with Mode (CW, SSB, DIGI, FM, MIX), Date, Time, Nr. of the castle (from the award database),

The cost and freight of basic award is € 5 or 6 USD, each label is € 2 or 3 USD
Free of charge: on request the Award can be issued as picture in .JPG file, completly ready for printing in A4 format (297x240) and send by e-mail.
